Yes! We are proud to accept Banner Health Insurance. Banner Insurance has 100% coverage for chiropractic services. Please contact us for any questions about which insurance we accept.

When are you open?

Our hours of operation are:

Monday : 9am-12:30pm | 3pm-6:30pm

Tuesday : 3pm-6:30pm

Wednesday : 9am-12:30pm | 3pm-6:30pm

Thursday : 3pm-6:30pm

Friday : 9am-12:30pm

Saturday : By Appointment Only

What should I expect on my first visit?

Global Chiropractic, Arizona’s best chiropractor is excited to have you as a new patient.

When you arrive for your first appointment at Global Chiropractic, you will be asked to complete a general intake form. This information relates to your basic overall health. Global Chiropractic’s intake form is available for printing. Click on the links below to view and download the form.
